Founded ten years ago as an employee rights law firm, today Gilbert Russell McWherter PLC handles all types of litigation for Tennessee workers, consumers, and small businesses. From consumers in class actions, to individuals wrongfully terminated, to business disputes, our goal is consistent: Meet the litigation objective in the most efficient way possible. Our mission is two-fold. First, we deliver high quality litigation services through an efficient, team-based approach. Second,we are committed to being a good corporate citizen by supporting worthy causes in our community and abroad. Our efforts locally have benefitted physically challenged persons at the Star Center, college applicants seeking scholarship funds, and grade-school youth through Young Life of West Tennessee. Globally, we assist relief organizations in Nicaragua and Africa with time and financial offerings.
